LAMB BURGERS WITH GREEK SALAD & TZATZIKI

Prep: 15 minutes | Cook: 4-6 minutes | Serves 4

Ingredients

Tzatziki

½ telegraph cucumber, coarsely grated

1 cupful greek-style yoghurt

1 clove garlic, crushed

1 tbsp caller mint, finely chopped

1 tbsp caller dill, finely chopped

Lamb burgers

400g lamb mince

½ tiny reddish onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, crushed

1 tbsp caller oregano, finely chopped

1 tbsp caller dill, finely chopped

2 tbsp caller mint, finely chopped

Finely grated zest and foodstuff of ½ lemon

4 hamburger buns, halved and toasted

Greek salad

4 cos lettuce leaves

100g feta cheese, thinly sliced

4 tiny tomatoes, sliced

Method
